If I could give Tiffany Rose more than 5 stars I would. The best customer service of any online company I’ve ever used. Turned up two days after ordering, tried on, arranged for pick up the next day of the ones I’d decided against and the money was back in my account two days later. Tiffany Rose sell beautiful dresses at really affordable prices, but that's not what sets them apart from the rest. What makes them an absolutely brilliant retailer is their Customer Support Team. In my case, I had the pleasure of interacting with Michelle and Marie. I purchased my first dress in October, at 13-14 weeks pregnant, but my wedding wasn't happening until mid-December. I contacted them to ask them what they thought about the fit of the dress on my 14 weeks body, and they said it would probably fit me throughout my pregnancy, but that if it didn't I'd be able to exchange it later on (past the official return deadline) for a different size or model. Unfortunately, my body changed enough that by 18-19 weeks the dress no longer fit!! But as promised, Michelle and Marie made it incredibly easy for me to order a few other dresses and they arrived promptly the next day. They always responded kindly and quickly, and supported me through arranging deliveries and collections. Money for refunds also came through very fast. I have been very impressed by them over and over, and I only wish they sold non-maternity clothes or more casual styles so that I could buy more from them! I would recommend them 100% if you're looking for maternity occasion wear. You won't be disappointed :)

Es passte perfekt von der Länge. Ich hätte kein schöneres Kleid finden können. Der Versand war sehr schnell. Innerhalb von einigen Tagen wurde das Kleid geliefert. Ich hatte zwei Größen zur Auswahl bestellt und der Rückversand des anderen Kleides klappte auch problemlos. Kostete 12 Euro, aber bei dem Warenwert ist es ok. Ich habe viele Komplimente bezüglich des Kleides bekommen. Die Qualität ist einfach gut und für den Preis kann man nicht meckern. Man muss also nicht unbedingt Geld im vierstelligen Bereich für ein Hochzeitskleid ausgeben ;).

I received my Tiffany Rose gown within a week from ordering, which under the recent pandemic circumstances, I felt was very impressive. The gown was exactly as pictured, and was true to size. I am 5'3, so the dress is a little long for me, but works well with a 10cm heal. I will be 38 weeks by the time I come to using the dress, so I am pleased that it has plenty of give, and the fabric is also quite light in weight, so will not be too cumbersome on the day. The ivory colour is exactly what I was hoping for, as my pre-pregnancy dress choice was cream. Overall, I would highly recommend. Great range to choose from.

I only had compliments on the dress. It’s the best to wear (very important when you’re pregnant) and so soft. We had a bit of a miscommunication with the delivery company and Customer Service stepped in and saved the day. Just want to add that I had to have it altered a bit as it was less fitted at the bottom than expected but it turned out perfectly in the end. Also I am tall (175cm) and could wear 10cm high heels no problem with the dress

I never tend to write reviews however I felt I had to on this occasion! BRIDES TO BE, please note that you do not have to spend hundreds and thousands to have the dress of your dreams! I purchased this dress last minute due to our cancelled wedding unexpectedly going ahead (albeit a little smaller) during the Covid-19 pandemic and also being pregnant, all of our original plans went out of the window. The dress came promptly, beautifully packaged and fit me perfectly, I had a small bump but this would fit any size of pregnancy, I am 5ft 7 and the length with a couple of inches heel was perfect. Everyone thought this was my original dress and in my opinion it was better and much cheaper! Couldn't recommend this more! You won't be disappointed!

My wedding dress was so beautiful (size 38 for 7 months pregnancy, it was the perfect size for me) and it arrived quickly, perfectly on time. I would recommend if possible, if you live in a big city, to try your size in a shop (even if it's not the same model) to get to know your size for this brand and then order on Tiffany rose website the model you want. That's what I did and the size was perfect. Otherwise you can return the dress and order another size if it's not the right one but it takes more time. Anyway, excellent service and quality, thank you Tiffany Rose!

I was a bit concerned about which size I needed since I was almost halfway through my third trimester before we could get all the arrangements and everyone together for our ceremony. I had found the dress I really wanted but it was on pre-order so I was also concerned about the dress arriving in time. I got in touch with one of the representatives and she was so helpful. I ended up ordering my two favorite dresses in the size that she had suggested (in case the one I preferred didn't arrive in time). I ended up getting both dresses very quickly and loved them both. I wore the long gown for my ceremony and ended up wearing the shorter gown for my shower since I liked it as well. Both fit wonderfully and looked great. This dress is even nicer in reality than in the picture. Have never felt so beautiful before. The lace is wonderful and it is extensible across the stomach. I was in week 34 when I used it, but it fitted beautifully even earlier in pregnancy. I recommend this dress warmly. I also want to say that Tiffany Roses customer service is something extraordinary, helpful, flexible and very quick to respond. The delivery time was super fast, I live in Sweden and got the dress two days after I ordered it.
