At Tiffany Rose we can't overstate the importance of fabric selection as part of the design process. As well as being one of the most exciting tasks for our design team, fabric selection is key to ensuring that each and every beautiful design we create performs to perfection.

We source fabrics from countries all over the world - including France, Italy, Germany, Portugal and Britain (of course!). We enlist the help of wonderful British Mills to create some of our most beautiful viscose jerseys.

We define good handle as soft-to-the-touch, without any scratchiness or stiffness.

It's also really important that your skin can breathe to help ensure a comfortable body temperature, particularly important for our lovely pregnant customers. For this very reason we stay away from overly synthetic materials.

We consider how the fabric will work with your shape to ensure it flatters your growing curves. Does the fabric drape well and have appropriate ‘give'? The structure of a fabric can enhance comfort and fit as well as be beautifully eye-catching visually.

The crucial mix of fabric selection and our innovative design techniques, means you can enjoy your Tiffany Rose creation time and again throughout pregnancy and nursing.

We love using fun prints and vibrant colours – which lend themselves perfectly to our viscose jersey maxi dresses. We also adore the softer, more unique shades that are so in-keeping with our signature Tiffany Rose palette, like our Eden Gown Caspian Blue, Rosa Dress Vintage Blush or Amelia Dress Vintage Rose.

Lace has to be one of our most special fabrics that performs every single time and is amongst the most popular with our customers.

All of our fabrics are chosen because they have a certain ‘je ne sais quoi'. They must have that little extra something to make you feel special, so that you can cherish every moment wearing your Tiffany Rose dress.
