I needed a dress for an event in a hurry so I purchased a few with the intentions of keeping one for the event, but I ended up keeping two of the five because I loved them so much. International shipping on return was so costly so you are better off using their express return shipping ($10/item). Fabric and sewing quality are good; however pay attention to description of material because some of the evening dresses in photos look like better quality fabric than they actually are.

The quality of this dress is amazing! The customer service with my questions was very quick and seemed helpful. However, their advice wasn't quite right once I got the item. I had a friend bring this dress back to me on a recent trip to the UK for an upcoming wedding I am attending. I am back to my pre-pregnancy size but I am still nursing so I wanted this dress for that purpose. I contacted customer service for help with 1)what size to order and 2) if this would look odd with too much fabric where a bump would be. They helped me pick a size and assured me that the it was just gathered so it would be fine without a bump. When my friend brought the dress back, I was impressed with dress. However when I tried it on there was a major issue, while it fit, there is extra length on the front that would be pulled up with a bump, however without a bump it looked quite odd. This is what I was afraid of when I first contacted customer service. I couldn't return or exchange it as I couldn't get it back in time. I ended up deciding to wear it backwards so the extra length was in the back not the front and the top is identical on both sides so it worked out well. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars in the incorrect customer service information and the fact this is a maternity/nursing dress, which it is but not if you've lost any of your baby weight already.

I couldn't believe that only 3 days after ordering my dress it arrived at our remote farm. The dress was packaged so beautifully & was true to the information on the website. The dress fitted perfectly & even though I'm short it fell mid calf which still looks nice. I am extremely happy with this dress!

Tiffany Rose, DHL and myself communicated via emails and again were OUTSTANDING! Remember, I was the one who made the error. Anyone who knows me personally and professionally are keenly aware of how "picky" I am. Accordingly, both these companies met and exceeded my expectations! The dress is just beautiful and the quality of the fabric is amazing. Definitely worth it. Living in the USA and purchasing products on-line, especially overseas, can make one wonder about a web-site and their reputation? Tiffany Rose is definitely a first class company. The dress was beautiful, it fit perfectly and looked really good and fashionable (even at 40 weeks). She received lots of compliments from friends. The service was excellent, the web site was quick and easy to use. The dress was delivered in a timely manner, it was beautifully packaged. We were given a delivery date, and received text messages confirming the delivery time. I bought the dress as a surprise for my daughter, she said she felt so special as she took delivery of a beautifully presented gift box and unwrapped the dress before reading my carefully crafted message. I would definitely purchase another garment from Tiffany Rose if I am lucky enough to be a told I am going to be a grandmother again in the future.

My only critism is that with few physical branches to try clothes on there should be a more flexible returns policy - it cost me nearly £60 total on returns postage until i was satisfied with the product. Bearing in mind the cost of the dressses it seems a harsh expense.

This was my first experience of shopping at Tiffany Rose and it was a very positive one. The website is good and easy to use but you never really know until you see the products, especially with maternity wear which is not something you buy on a regular basis! I ordered 3 dresses to try and they were all lovely, beautifully made and the sizing was accurate. The packaging was beautiful. This may sound silly and an unnecessary requirement but I think it shows an attention to detail and level of care that you don't always see when shopping online. I kept one dress and returned the other two. The returns process was very easy and my refund was processed faster than any return I have done before with an email confirmation to let me know. I am not usually moved to write such lengthy reviews but I really have been very impressed by the service received and am really looking forward to wearing my new dress to my best friends wedding, happy to know I have a very well dressed bump!
