I’m in Australia and the item was delivered earlier than anticipated, the packaging was really lovely, and the communication has been excellent. I’m pregnant and looking forward to my wedding in a few months, before I was feeling quite anxious about what I would look like, but feeling really excited now. The dress is very flattering, AND comfortable. I picked my usual pre pregnancy size and there’s room to move with my growing belly, and just as flattering now as it will be then. They were all beautiful and fit incredibly well, so I was spoilt for choice! It was also clear that there was space for my bump to grow in to the dress, as I ordered the dress with some time to go until the wedding. The returns process for the two that I didn't keep was super simple, and I was refunded very quickly. I emailed the Tiffany Rose team a number of teams with my incessant questions(!), and they were always incredibly helpful and quick to respond. As soon as I put on my Tiffany Rose wedding dress i knew that it was The One. I had tried a couple of the full-length dresses and these did not feel as special, but Tiffany Rose were happy to accept the returns and refund me promptly. Overall they were a real pleasure to communicate with as they were polite and quick to respond, however they could have been more pro-active in lnforming me of delays. I am not sure that the products represent good value for money, however as they were the only company that I could find who have a specialist range of maternity wedding dresses I felt happy to spend my money with them.
