Credit Card Security
Shopping online at Tiffany Rose is safe because we use the latest security measures to protect your details when you shop with us. We use 256-bit SSL software to encrypt your credit/debit card information when you place an order on our secure server, which means that only we are able to decrypt the information in order to process your details.
After you click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button, secure pages are indicated by:
- the web address changing from "http://" to "https://"; and
- a "padlock" symbol (or key) in the bottom right-hand status bar of your web browser.
What's My Size?
Generally you are advised to choose your pre-pregnancy size when selecting Tiffany Rose maternity sizes.
However, for silk and chiffon special occasion wear, the most important fit is your bra size.

Placing your order
You may pay for your order by Credit/Debit Card, Paypal, Cheque or by Gift Voucher.
- Please click on the products you wish to buy and add these to your shopping basket
- Once you are happy with your order, click on Checkout and you will be asked to complete our Secure Order Form where we will collect your details.
- If you are paying by credit card, please complete the Secure Order Form with your details - your order will be automatically processed and despatched.
- If you are paying by cheque, please complete the Secure Order Form and include your Bank Sort Code and Account Number in the "Credit Card Number" box. Please make your cheque payable to "Tiffany Rose" and write on the back the Order Reference number which you will receive automatically after submitting your order.
- If you are paying by gift voucher, please complete the Secure Order Form and include your Gift Voucher code in the "Gift Voucher Number" box.

We offer Standard and Express delivery services to all Worldwide destinations:

- Standard Shipping - €4.95
Your order will be shipped via DHL / FedEx / Anpost and delivered within 4-5 working days.
Please place your order by 12:00pm (Mon-Fri) to ensure it is despatched the same day, otherwise it may leave the following working day. Orders placed on weekends are sent the next working day. - Express Shipping - €14.95
Your order will be shipped via FedEx Express and delivered within 1-2 working days.
Please place your order by 12:00pm (Mon-Fri) to ensure it is despatched the same day, otherwise it may leave the following working day. Orders placed on weekends are sent the next working day. - Christmas Orders - Place EXPRESS orders before 12:00 (midday) on 20/12/2024 for delivery on or before 24/12/2024
- New Year Orders - Place EXPRESS orders before 12:00 (midday) on 27/12/2024 for delivery on or before 31/12/2024
- EU Customs Charges / Duties / Import VAT
For orders delivered to EU addresses there will be NO extra charges from our courier for customs charges or taxes.
All Duties, Taxes and Customs Charges are paid by us.
(You will only need to pay for return shipping - and to help you we provide a generously subsidised express courier return service to make this as easy as possible for you.)

Returns/Exchange Policy
Returns & Exchange Information
We hope that you will be truly delighted with your purchase, but there may be occasion where you feel it necessary to return or exchange an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
If you wish to return goods to us, please send back your purchase in its original condition: unworn/undamaged/unwashed with all original tags still attached.
Please enclose a completed Returns Information Form, which can be found on the back of your invoice. Need a new Returns Form? Download one here.
We will refund you any money you have paid for that item (excluding postage) by your original payment method.
Where the returns period has expired, we will be happy to offer an exchange within 30 days up to the value of your purchase.
Certain products and services are excluded from this returns policy, including products that are made bespoke to your order. These items cannot be returned for a refund unless faulty. You will be notified if products you are ordering are excluded from our Returns Policy before your order is accepted by us.Returns Policy

For ultimate convenience, book our Express Returns service and DHL International will collect your items for exchange or refund from your chosen address on a day/timeslot of YOUR choosing. We will receive your items within a just a few days and process your exchange / refund immediately. Once your item has been collected:
- We will receive your items back within 2-3 days
- We will contact you to confirm receipt and that your Exchange or Refund has been processed
- For any items to be exchanged, normal delivery charges will apply.

Duty / Sales Tax Refunds
If you are in the UK, EU or Australia, your refund from Tiffany Rose will include the Sales Tax that you have paid to us on that purchase.(Note: For customers in Australia this only applies to orders under AU $1,000 in value where we have paid the GST on your behalf.)
When shopping from other countries we do not charge Sales Tax but you may have paid Import Sales Tax and/or Import Duty to your country's Customs Office via our courier.
